Adoption Update 1 yr 2 mo

Well, it's not exactly 1 year and 2 months that we have been waiting for our referral, but it is close and since we finally have a little good news I had to post. Two weeks ago our agency had two referrals, the first in a very long time. Last week they had one and this week five. One of the families that had been waiting for siblings decided to do one or siblings and was one of the families that received their referral two weeks ago. This moved us up the list one more spot. Since Eli will be a year older next month we also upped our age range by a year. Needless to say, these events have given us reason to be hopeful that we are getting closer to bringing the rest of our family home. We need to be thankful always, but these events really help out and what a great time of year for that.
