We made our 2nd annual trip to Grammy's Pumpkin Patch to see Dan, Angie, Zeke, and Juda. It was great to see them and to check out all the additions to their pumpkin patch.
The boys spent a lot of time building castles with boxes and trying to knock them down by launching hedge apples with a very large sling shot.
Then every hour, Dan would entertain us by smashing pumpkins, tomatoes, printers, skateboards with Thor's Hammer. Check out the hat. :)
He would also launch a pumpkin with a trebuchet attempting to hit a target that he never managed to come close to. This was early in the season, I'm sure he has perfected this by now.
The Friday before Halloween, after a fun day of school parties, we continued the fun with their cousins Max, Lincoln and Lily at our church's fall party. They played lots of games and won a lot of fun prizes.
The next day we went to the Zoo with Brent's parents and sisters family and had a great time. It was such a beautiful weekend.
We ended the month trick-or-treating with my parents and my sisters family.
