REX Lego night

I am not quite as far behind with this post. The River Explorers, aka boys club at our church, had Lego night a couple weeks ago. Boys club is always great, but when you add Legos. Well, it just doesn't get much better. There was a Lego Mindstorm demonstration, each of the boys brought a Lego project to share about, a building competition, Ninjago tournament and Lego cake for a snack.
Eli and Jack had fun with the Ninjago tournament. Henry chose the building competition, but that picture didn't turn out.

Although this picture isn't very good, you can still see how anxious the boys were to hear about and see each others creations. Most of the time 30+ 1st-5th graders can be very similar to herding cats, but on Lego night things go pretty smooth.

Brent.
